Two-bedroom apartments, or as they are also called, 1+2, are quite rare and in demand on the Georgian real estate market. As a rule, in the standard layout, one room is a kitchen-living room, a place for the whole family to relax. One bedroom is used specifically as a bedroom, and the second can be equipped and furnished as a children's room or a study.

​For families with children, entrepreneurs and people who value free space and comfort, two-bedroom apartments are a logical choice.

For investors, two-bedroom apartments are a reliable investment. Such real estate is in high demand on the long-term rental market, and guarantees high and constant passive income.

Not all buildings that our partners build have two-bedroom apartments. Their choice is small. As a rule, the area of ​​such apartments is from 80 sq. m, the terrace area is from 4 to 30 sq. m.
