Two-bedroom apartments, or as they are also called, 1+2, are quite rare and in demand on the Georgian real estate market. As a rule, in the standard layout, one room is a kitchen-living room, a place for the whole family to relax. One bedroom is used specifically as a bedroom, and the second can be equipped and furnished as a children's room or a study.
For families with children, entrepreneurs and people who value free space and comfort, two-bedroom apartments are a logical choice.
