Selection of real estate options

SMART INVEST Agency selects real estate options in the interests of the Buyer, providing the latter with detailed information on his personal application - about the features of the real estate, its condition, price, commissioning dates, investment attractiveness, payment procedure and registration of ownership, and other significant points.

After selecting an option, the Buyer's personal data is transferred to the Developer's sales department to draw up an agreement for the purchase of an apartment, parking space or commercial real estate. The agreement for the purchase of real estate is concluded directly between the Buyer and the Developer.

The services of SMART INVEST Agency are free for the Buyer and are paid for by the partner developer. The fact and content of SMART INVEST Agency services do not affect the final cost of the real estate for the Buyer.

Payment for real estate

If the Buyer has access to a 0% installment plan from the Developer, the initial payment for the property is from 30%. Installments are available for the STATUS HOUSE properties in Batumi (35 months) and SPANISH QUARTER in Tbilisi (30 months). For the SPANISH QUARTER property in Tbilisi, an installment plan with a final payment of 25% of the total cost is available.

It is possible to pay for the property with cryptocurrency (USDT).

Registration of real estate ownership

After payment of at least 30% of the cost of the property, the Agreement between the Developer and the Buyer is registered with the State Agency of Public Registry of Georgia.

The transfer of ownership is carried out after the completion of construction and full payment for the property.
