Floors 2, 3, and 4 are allocated to 4★ hotel rooms operated under the Occidental brand. You can purchase a fully finished hotel room, complete with furniture and household appliances, and become a partner of the Occidental hotel.
The owner’s income is calculated based on the overall profit of the hotel, including accommodation, the SPA area, cafés, and restaurants.
Residential apartments are located from the 5th to the 13th floors. They can be purchased without finishing (shell & core), at the structural stage, or with full turnkey finishing.
