This is not entirely true. There is almost no CENTRAL heating and hot water supply in Georgia. Each homeowner solves these problems in their apartment independently.
Some use electric boilers for hot water supply - storage or instantaneous. And heat the apartment with electric convectors. Some install a gas water heater, and provide heating with gas convectors, which are called "Karma" in Georgia. Some install double-circuit gas boilers that provide hot water and heating - through radiators or underfloor heating.
If you buy a turnkey apartment, you do not need to worry about the technical aspects of the installation of utility networks - the developer will do this.
